You are looking at a great looking high end Seiko Mod using a Marine Master OEM dial and an SPB185 case. The case is rated for 200m. Quick note the case back has plastic on back cover until you remove for normal wear. The watch has also been fully pressure/water tested up to 6ATM (203 ft.) and fully passed. This is the third build using the same materials! First two just sold within a day!! Some additional features are as follows:

120 click coin bezel with Black and white insert and C3 Lume Pip
Seiko High Accuracy and Calibrated NH36A movement (runs 0 seconds fast (should run -5+5 seconds per day, high amplitude of 283 and 0.1 beat error from my timegrapher which are really good numbers.

Silver Prospex hands and C3 luminous
Silver case back that has plastic on to protect until you remove.
Size is 42mm, 48mm lug to lug and 20mm bracelet size.
